Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance programs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Partner with C-suite on organizational development
- Manage HR budget and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 15+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven success in scaling HR operations in tech/growth companies
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/ADP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of California labor laws and compliance
