As a key member of our HR team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop talent management frameworks, lead change management initiatives, and implement data-driven HR solutions that position Nexus as an employer of choice in the tech sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for critical roles
- Drive performance management systems and leadership development programs
- Design and implement compensation structures and benefits packages
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance matters
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision making
- Lead organizational development and change management projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in strategic partnership
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Experience with scaling HR processes in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of federal and state employment regulations
