Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks
- Lead complex employee relations investigations with resolution focus
- Drive compensation benchmarking and market analysis
- Oversee onboarding experience for 200+ annual hires
- Manage workforce planning scenarios for 15% annual growth
- Ensure compliance with EEO, FMLA, and state labor laws
Qualifications
- 7+ years HR experience with 3+ years in business partnership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Proven experience scaling HR programs for 500+ employees
- Expertise in NY/NJ labor regulations and union avoidance
- Strategic analytics skills with HR metrics reporting
- Change management certification or demonstrable experience
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
