Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting organizational growth and employee retention
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Design and implement performance management systems aligned with business KPIs
- Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning
- Advise management on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and compliance
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions on engagement and productivity
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in business partner role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in Texas labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Proven track record implementing performance improvement initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in scaling HR processes for high-growth environments
