Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across assigned departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting and feedback frameworks
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions on workforce planning and development
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to analyze HR metrics and translate insights into action
- Experience driving DE&I initiatives in a corporate setting
