Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Lead employee engagement programs including performance management, recognition systems, and career development frameworks
- Advise department heads on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
- Manage employee relations cases with empathy and compliance expertise
- Design and implement DEI programs to foster inclusive workplace culture
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Oversee compensation benchmarking and equity program administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partner role
- PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement metrics
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and federal compliance requirements
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong influencing abilities with cross-functional stakeholders
