The Role
You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to our employees. This is a pivotal role where you will have the opportunity to shape our HR policies, improve our talent acquisition processes, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
What You'll Do
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to design and execute recruitment strategies, conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Performance Management: Oversee the annual performance review cycle, provide coaching to managers, and assist in developing talent development plans.
- Policy Development: Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits administration, and ensure competitive market positioning.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and optimize our HRIS (e.g., Workday or BambooHR) to ensure data accuracy and reporting needs are met.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
