We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our full-cycle HR operations and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a top-tier talent pipeline.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
- Drive performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to design compensation and benefits packages.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR management within the UK market.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including GDPR and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing change and driving organizational culture.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
