Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to understand business objectives and develop talent strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Design and execute engagement programs, including onboarding, offboarding, and recognition schemes.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with L&D to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic partnership or People Operations role.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and ATS platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a strong plus.
