What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to management, providing expert HR guidance on organizational design, change management, and talent development.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and grievance handling, ensuring full compliance with UK employment law.

Qualifications
