What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to management, providing expert HR guidance on organizational design, change management, and talent development.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and grievance handling, ensuring full compliance with UK employment law.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management cycle, delivering training on goal setting and feedback to enhance productivity.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the Talent team to design recruitment strategies, interview candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring the company remains compliant with local regulations.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and organize workshops to upskill the workforce.
Qualifications
- Education: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Employee Relations and Business Partnering.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UK Employment Law and best practices.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Technical: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Resilient, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
