Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Financial oversight including budget management, P&L optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives
- Staff development through training programs, performance reviews, and talent retention strategies
- Guest experience excellence through service standard implementation and personalized guest relations
- Compliance with Indonesian tourism regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability standards
- Marketing collaboration to position the resort as a premier luxury destination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years luxury hotel management experience in Bali or Southeast Asia
- Proven revenue management and P&L optimization track record
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and licensing
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI) preferred
