Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead the Employer Branding initiatives to position Nexus Global as an employer of choice in the Singapore market.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management frameworks.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to drive decision-making and optimize talent acquisition ROI.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore labor laws, MOM regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, including the Employment Act and CPF requirements.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee engagement and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
