Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead the Employer Branding initiatives to position Nexus Global as an employer of choice in the Singapore market.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management frameworks.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to drive decision-making and optimize talent acquisition ROI.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore labor laws, MOM regulations, and company policies.
  • Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, including the Employment Act and CPF requirements.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, BambooHR) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee engagement and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
