Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage Product Development.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree, Food Science degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep understanding of global food trends, sustainability, and nutritional standards.
- Excellent project management and budgetary control skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
