You will drive our commitment to clean-label ingredients and sustainable sourcing, ensuring we meet the evolving demands of health-conscious consumers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for new product development (NPD) initiatives.
- Oversee sensory evaluation panels and consumer testing protocols to ensure market fit.
- Manage cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure strict compliance with FDA, FSMA, and local food safety regulations.
- Drive innovation in plant-based and sustainable ingredient sourcing.
- Manage annual R&D budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in food product development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching consumer packaged goods.
- Deep understanding of current food trends, clean-label standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
