Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to development and offboarding.
- Lead initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex conflicts with a focus on fairness and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive accountability and engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a People Manager, HR Director, or Head of HR (minimum 8-10 years).
- Professional CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex HR concepts.
- Experience utilizing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and payroll software.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to HR analytics.
