Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive F&B strategies that align with the company’s brand identity and financial goals.
- Oversee daily operations of multiple dining outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Manage P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier suppliers, vendors, and culinary partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers, chefs, and service staff.
- Drive innovation in menu development, seasonal offerings, and beverage programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary trends and guest experience design.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Relevant hospitality certification (e.g., CWE, CWEA) is preferred.
