Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of all dining venues, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and refine seasonal menus, focusing on local sourcing, sustainability, and flavor innovation.
- Manage the P&L, including budget forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team of culinary and service professionals.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and maintain quality supply chains.
- Implement service standards that align with our luxury brand identity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Strong financial literacy with experience in budget management and cost analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
