- Manage food cost optimization while maintaining premium quality
- Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with beverage director on food-pairing experiences
- Ensure HACCP compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Represent the brand at culinary events and media appearances
Qualifications
- 10+ years in high-end F&B with 3+ years in leadership
- Culinary degree from accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of Michelin-star or equivalent recognition
- Expertise in molecular gastronomy and modern plating techniques
- Strong financial acumen for budget and cost control
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of Singaporean food regulations and sourcing
