Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus across 5 premium F&B outlets
- Lead culinary R&D initiatives incorporating molecular gastronomy and sustainable practices
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory control, cost analysis, and vendor negotiations
- Mentor and develop a team of 25+ culinary professionals through structured training programs
- Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and maintain 5-star hygiene certifications
- Collaborate with beverage directors to create cohesive dining experiences
- Represent the group at international culinary competitions and industry forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in luxury hotel/restaurant kitchens
- Proven track record of developing award-winning menus (Michelin recognition preferred)
- Advanced certification from Le Cordon Bleu or equivalent culinary institution
- Expertise in Asian fusion techniques and local sourcing practices
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership abilities with talent development success
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin advantageous
