Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative culinary concepts aligned with global food trends and local heritage
- Lead menu engineering for 3 signature restaurants and 2 premium bars
- Oversee F&B operations across 15,000 sq ft of premium dining spaces
- Drive sustainability initiatives through zero-waste protocols and ethical sourcing
- Manage P&L for culinary division with SGD 8M annual budget
- Mentor and develop team of 25+ culinary professionals
- Collaborate with mixologists and sommeliers on beverage integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive culinary leadership in luxury hotel/restaurant environment
- Proven track record of award-winning menu development (Michelin/AA recognition preferred)
- Advanced certification from Le Cordon Bleu or equivalent institution
- Expertise in Asian fusion techniques and molecular gastronomy
- Strong financial acumen with menu costing and inventory management
- Exceptional team development and talent retention capabilities
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship required
