Responsibilities

  • Lead menu engineering for 3 signature restaurants and 2 premium bars
  • Oversee F&B operations across 15,000 sq ft of premium dining spaces
  • Drive sustainability initiatives through zero-waste protocols and ethical sourcing
  • Manage P&L for culinary division with SGD 8M annual budget
  • Mentor and develop team of 25+ culinary professionals
  • Collaborate with mixologists and sommeliers on beverage integration

Qualifications

  • 10+ years progressive culinary leadership in luxury hotel/restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of award-winning menu development (Michelin/AA recognition preferred)
