Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in F&B with 5+ years in senior culinary leadership
- Proven track record of developing award-winning menus and concepts
- Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts from accredited institution
- Deep knowledge of Asian fusion cuisine and global culinary trends
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting and kitchen cost management
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., WSQ)
- Exceptional team management and cross-departmental collaboration skills
