Responsibilities
- Develop signature menus integrating molecular gastronomy techniques and local Asian flavors
- Lead R&D for sustainable ingredient sourcing and zero-waste kitchen systems
- Train and mentor 25+ culinary professionals in advanced food safety protocols
- Collaborate with Michelin-starred chefs for exclusive pop-up experiences
- Oversee $2M annual food budget with 15% year-over-year optimization targets
- Drive digital kitchen transformation using AI-powered inventory management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality with 5+ years in senior chef leadership
- Advanced certification from Le Cordon Bleu or equivalent institution
- Proven track record of menu development achieving Michelin recognition
- Expertise in HACCP, ISO 22000, and Singaporean food safety regulations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin with basic Japanese proficiency preferred
