Qualifications
- 10+ years in high-volume F&B environments with 5+ leadership experience
- Advanced culinary certification from recognized institution
- Expertise in molecular gastronomy and fusion cuisine
- Proven track record of menu development and cost control
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols
- Exceptional communication and team management skills
- Portfolio of successful restaurant launches preferred
