Responsibilities

- Lead kitchen operations during service, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships
- Mentor and train junior chefs in advanced techniques and kitchen protocols
- Collaborate with front-of-house team on menu execution and guest experience
- Maintain HACCP compliance and sanitation standards
- Contribute to restaurant concept development and menu engineering
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a sous chef or executive chef in high-volume, upscale establishments
- Formal culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Deep knowledge of Texas regional cuisine and farm-to-table practices
- Proven ability to manage labor costs and inventory systems
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
