Responsibilities

- Mentor and develop sous chefs and kitchen staff through rigorous training programs
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house to create seamless guest experiences
- Oversee recipe development and maintain consistent quality across all stations
- Analyze customer feedback and adapt offerings based on preferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in professional kitchens with 5+ years as Head Chef/Sous Chef in fine dining
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification required
- Expertise in global cuisines with emphasis on seasonal, farm-to-table principles
- Proven track record of cost control and inventory management
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP/ServSafe)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative menu development and plating techniques
