Responsibilities
- Design and execute seasonal menus that showcase premium ingredients and creative techniques
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Oversee kitchen operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain impeccable hygiene standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to source sustainable, high-quality produce
- Develop staff training programs and maintain culinary excellence
- Manage kitchen budget and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in fine dining with 3+ years as Head Chef or Sous Chef in Michelin-starred establishments
- Professional culinary certification from accredited institution
- Deep knowledge of Asian and European fusion techniques
- Proven track record in menu development and cost management
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of Singaporean food safety regulations
