Responsibilities
- Design and execute seasonal menus that align with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and HACCP protocols
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest experiences
- Conduct daily kitchen briefings and quality assurance checks
- Participate in menu development for private events and catering
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive culinary experience with 3+ years as Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Formal culinary education from accredited institution
- Expert knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisines
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven track record in cost control and inventory management
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials
