Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality with 2+ years in leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Proven crisis resolution and conflict management skills
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Advanced CRM and property management system expertise
