Responsibilities
- Design and execute bespoke guest experiences including cultural activities, private dining, and destination excursions
- Lead a team of 15+ hospitality professionals through mentorship and performance optimization
- Oversee VIP guest handling, complaint resolution, and relationship management for high-profile clients
- Collaborate with F&B, Spa, and Concierge departments to create seamless guest journeys
- Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements using data-driven insights
- Develop strategic partnerships with local artisans, tour operators, and cultural institutions
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols across all guest touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in guest experience leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese highly valued
- Certification in Luxury Hospitality Management or Destination Management preferred
- Proven track record in designing culturally immersive guest experiences
- Expertise in CRM systems and guest data analytics
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue optimization
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture, tourism attractions, and sustainable practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
