Responsibilities
- Design and execute bespoke guest experiences anticipating needs before they arise
- Lead and mentor a 15-person front-of-house team to deliver flawless service
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with empathy and creative solutions
- Collaborate with F&B and spa teams to create seamless multi-departmental experiences
- Analyze guest feedback trends to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee VIP arrivals, special celebrations, and luxury concierge services
- Train staff on cultural sensitivity and personalized service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years luxury hotel experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in Luxury Hospitality Management preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-net-worth client relationships
- Expert knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and hidden gems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Advanced CRM and property management system proficiency
