Responsibilities

  • Design and execute bespoke guest experiences reflecting Balinese culture and modern luxury standards
  • Lead a team of 15+ hospitality professionals across concierge, guest relations, and activity coordination
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local artisans, tour operators, and cultural venues
  • Implement digital guest engagement systems and analyze feedback to drive service improvements
  • Oversee VIP guest arrivals, special occasion celebrations, and immersive cultural activities
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling destination content for global audiences
  • Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards and local regulations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in luxury hospitality management with minimum 2 years in Bali or Southeast Asia
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin highly valued
  • Certified in Hospitality Management (CHIA) or equivalent international qualification
  • Proven track record in guest satisfaction scoring above 95% in previous roles
  • Strong knowledge of Balinese culture, tourism trends, and sustainable practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and CRM systems
  • Experience managing multicultural teams and international clientele
  • Crisis management certification and first aid training
