Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations and VIP guest arrival experiences
- Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Concierge departments for seamless service delivery
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with proactive solutions
- Train staff in cultural sensitivity and personalized service protocols
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements
- Collaborate with marketing on guest loyalty programs
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews for front-line staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel guest relations management
- Proven experience managing multicultural teams in tropical destinations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Certification in Hotel Management or Tourism preferred
- Expertise in Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Bali tourism operator license (SIUPT)
