Responsibilities
- Oversee all guest touchpoints from arrival to departure ensuring seamless luxury experiences
- Train and mentor 15+ guest relations specialists in service excellence protocols
- Develop personalized guest profiles and anticipate premium service needs
- Coordinate with F&B, concierge, and housekeeping departments for integrated service delivery
- Implement innovative guest retention programs and loyalty initiatives
- Analyze guest feedback data to drive service improvements and operational enhancements
- Collaborate with local tourism authorities to create exclusive cultural experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hotel/guest relations management
- Proven track record in implementing guest experience excellence programs
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Certification in guest experience management or hospitality leadership
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with guest-centric approach
