Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized guest experiences exceeding international luxury standards
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of concierge, housekeeping, and guest relations staff
- Implement innovative guest satisfaction strategies using CRM analytics
- Collaborate with F&B and recreation departments to create seamless integrated experiences
- Oversee VIP guest arrangements and special event coordination
- Drive continuous improvement through guest feedback analysis and staff training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with proven guest experience leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Expertise in premium property management systems (Opera, Oracle)
- Certified in hospitality CRM and guest journey mapping methodologies
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution capabilities
