Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized guest experiences exceeding luxury service benchmarks
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of concierges, hosts, and event specialists
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing to develop exclusive guest retention programs
- Oversee VIP guest arrivals and special occasion celebrations
- Coordinate with F&B and spa teams to create seamless integrated experiences
- Monitor service metrics and implement corrective actions
- Train staff in cultural sensitivity and adaptive service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in guest experience leadership
- Proven track record of increasing guest satisfaction scores and repeat business
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages valued
- Certification in hospitality management or equivalent industry credentials
- Expertise in CRM systems and data-driven service optimization
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism ecosystem
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Demonstrated success in multicultural team leadership
