Responsibilities
- Curate personalized guest experiences through proactive relationship management and preference profiling
- Lead VIP service protocols for high-profile clientele and celebrity guests
- Coordinate seamless handovers between F&B, concierge, and accommodation departments
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service recovery strategies and process improvements
- Mentor junior staff in cultural intelligence and conflict resolution techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop exclusive guest retention programs
- Monitor service metrics and implement continuous quality enhancement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 5 years luxury hospitality experience with 2 years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in VIP guest management and service recovery
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one Asian language (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
- Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Certification in crisis management and emergency response protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with emotional intelligence focus
- Valid Singapore work permit and health screening clearance
