Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized guest experiences reflecting Balinese culture and resort exclusivity
- Lead a team of 15+ hospitality professionals to maintain service excellence standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to create unique destination packages and events
- Oversee VIP guest handling and loyalty program engagement
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements
- Coordinate with local tourism authorities and community partners
- Manage digital guest communication channels (social media, review responses)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with 2+ years in guest experience roles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Proven expertise in CRM systems and guest analytics
- Certification in Balinese cultural tourism practices
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism landscape and attractions
- Experience leading cross-departmental service initiatives
