Responsibilities

  • Oversee all guest touchpoints from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless premium experiences
  • Train and mentor 15+ guest relations specialists in cultural sensitivity and anticipatory service
  • Resolve complex guest concerns with solution-oriented approach, maintaining 98% satisfaction benchmark
  • Collaborate with F&B and concierge teams to create bespoke itineraries and VIP arrangements
  • Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements and drive repeat business

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality leadership with 3+ years in guest relations management
