Responsibilities
- Develop and implement guest experience strategies exceeding industry benchmarks
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ front-of-house professionals
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and concierge departments for flawless operations
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve complex service issues
- Analyze guest feedback to drive continuous service improvements
- Collaborate with marketing on guest loyalty programs
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management
- Proven track record in guest experience leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages valued
- Expert knowledge of Bali tourism landscape and cultural nuances
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced certifications in hospitality management preferred
- Experience with Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Valid Bali work permit required
