Responsibilities
- Design and implement bespoke guest experiences reflecting Balinese culture and luxury expectations
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of concierge, butlers, and guest relations specialists
- Analyze guest feedback data to drive continuous service improvements and innovation
- Collaborate with F&B and spa departments to create integrated guest journey touchpoints
- Oversee VIP guest operations, including celebrity and high-net-worth clientele management
- Develop and manage departmental budget while optimizing operational efficiency
- Train staff in cultural sensitivity, crisis management, and anticipatory service techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality with 3+ years in senior guest experience leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding guest satisfaction metrics in premium resort environments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in Guest Experience Management or Luxury Service Excellence preferred
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
