Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative guest experience programs aligned with Balinese cultural heritage
- Oversee all guest touchpoints from arrival to departure ensuring seamless service delivery
- Analyze guest feedback and implement data-driven improvements to elevate satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with F&B, Spa, and Concierge teams to create signature experiences
- Manage VIP guest relationships including celebrities and luxury travelers
- Train and mentor staff in exceptional service standards and cultural awareness
- Monitor industry trends to maintain competitive service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality with 3+ years in guest relations leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding guest satisfaction metrics in premium resorts
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Expertise in CRM systems and guest experience analytics
- Certification in hospitality management or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
