Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and internal correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules, book meeting rooms, and organize domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, compiling status reports, and maintaining project documentation.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc research and data analysis.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general office administration or operations support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
