Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and business documents for the executive team.
- Screen incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and prioritizing matters based on urgency and relevance.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external company events, including board meetings and client entertainment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and polished image.
- Assist in special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount; ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
