- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily throughput targets.
- Perform routine inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and workplace safety.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the warehouse.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Prior experience in logistics, manufacturing, or manual labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
