Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse according to established labeling protocols.
- Assist in the assembly and packaging of outbound orders for distribution.
- Perform routine cleanup and maintenance of the warehouse facility to ensure safety.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks as needed for inventory movement.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy in the management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods during the workday.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification purposes.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is an asset but not required.
