Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight from trailers and containers.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor.
- Sort and palletize inventory according to standard operating procedures.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks effectively.
- Monitor products for quality control and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and facility protocols.
- Assist team members with general maintenance and facility upkeep tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
