Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees and manage employee records.
- Organize and schedule internal meetings, workshops, and company events.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs for office equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general administrative or operations support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
