Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily receipt, inspection, and organization of inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace according to company standards.
- Support logistics teams with order fulfillment and final packaging preparation.
- Operate standard facility equipment safely and according to protocol.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow progress or equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for inventory tracking purposes.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex safety instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent, punctual work history.
- Previous experience in general labor or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
