- Assist in the daily coordination of warehouse and facility operations to ensure optimal workflow.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of site equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Manage inventory organization, including receiving, sorting, and verifying stock levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and reduce downtime.
- Document daily activities and report facility status to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support office and field staff requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; vocational training is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a general labor, warehouse, or operational role.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and status updates.
- Ability to obtain or maintain relevant safety certifications as needed.
