Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination of warehouse and facility operations to ensure optimal workflow.
- Perform general maintenance tasks and organization of inventory or supplies.
- Operate standard equipment safely and in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to maintain company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Document daily operational activities using our internal management software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven reliability with an excellent attendance record in previous roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for logging tasks and inventory updates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex safety instructions.
- Prior experience in a general labor or operations environment is a plus but not required.
